Methods of application: How do you take CBD oil?

CBD oil is a versatile product. It can be swallowed, absorbed under the tongue, or rubbed on the skin. Each method has its pros and cons. So let’s take a look at each one and its advantages.

  •       1. Swallowed
  • You can swallow CBD oil straight from the bottle. You simply put a few drops on your tongue and wash down with a drink. Alternatively, a few drops can be put on some food or in a drink. This might help mask the unpleasant taste that most CBD oils have.
