Refund Policy


We offer fast and free shipping anywhere in the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

If you require faster shipping, we offer Rush Shipping for $29.95. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 business days.

Rush Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, if your Rush Shipping item is delayed beyond two business days due to USPS, or because of a delay in our fulfillment process, we will refund the Rush Shipping charge.


You can return unused and unopened products within 30 days for a full refund.

You are required to cover the shipping costs for sending the items back to us.

If the return is a result of our error — such as an incorrect or damaged product, or lost by the postal service, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the used product for a refund within 30 days for a full refund.

You will be responsible for shipping costs.

 Multiple Bottle Orders:

The refund policy only applies to the first product purchased.

Any additional opened products of the same SKU, such as a multi-bottle order, are not eligible for return.

Once your items are received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you, and process your refund.

A full refund will be processed if the items are received unused and unopened.

Receiving A Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 72 hours of our notification, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
